University of the Arts’ viewbook shows off the vibrancy and uniqueness of the campus, community, and curriculum that are a part of it. For the 2023–24 issue, the designers in the Marketing department worked alongside students to create the stunning, one of a kind book. The structure of the book is a tête-bêche, where the first half is institutional and when flipped around, the second half is student-created. Xerox-warped letterforms are also used throughout the book to echo the dynamism of the students and their vast creativity.
In 2023, 27,500 viewbooks were printed, 23,000 of which were initially mailed out to high school students. Many of these recipients have noted the standout nature of this viewbook as one of the reasons why they chose to apply to the university.
